For online orders, we accept all major credit cards.

Currency is £GBP.

VAT is included in all our prices. All prices and product information on the Swon online shop are subject to change and some garments are only available at our in-person stalls.

Shipping

Shipping is available worldwide from the UK.​ See below for fees.

We aim to process orders within 2 - 3 working days. 

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of ordering and we should be able to assist :)

 

Domestic​

We offer FREE SHIPPING in the UK.

Domestic orders arrive via Evri, approximately 2-4 working days after your order has been processed.

Express shipping costs £7 and is available at select times to receive parcels within 1-3 business days.

 

International

International orders arrive via Evri (tracked & signed) approximately 7 - 14 working days after your order has been processed. Shipping charge is £14 per order for Europe and £21 for the rest of the world.

Please be advised that Swon is not responsible for any delays or custom charges that may apply for your destination country. You are liable to pay taxes to receive your parcel in your country outside of the UK.

Packaging

We ship in eco-friendly packaging and encourage you to reuse or recycle your packaging where possible. We avoid plastic and minimize any unnecessary steps & frills. Swon repurposes material that would otherwise end up in landfill, using our silk fabric scraps to create bags to wrap your items. Our intention is to be as environmentally conscious as possible, whilst making your brand experience as special as can be.
